BearingPoint GTS is currently searching for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer.

Preference will be given to candidates local to our Mountain View office.

Project scope:
The tasks required are to design, document and code a series of Oracle PL-SQL scripts and procedures to perform a data migration from one system to another. This will require complex data migration and scripting. The additional data will need to be brought into a staging database and merged into the new system data as the translation occurs.
The resource would also help create and manage a set of translation tables that will translate the codes.

The consultant will need to create a "stand-alone" data migration code and step-by-step documentation on how to do the production migration.

Required Skills:
.Very strong Oracle PL-SQL programmer- has extensive experience developing complex scripting and data manipulation, at least 5+ years of PL/SQL programming.

.Specific experience with migrating data from one system to another is required, at least 1 large, full life cycle data migration project.

Candidates must have the ability to accommodate a Monday-Friday travel schedule and travel 50-75% nationwide.
