Description
I need an Oracle 9/10 database programmer for a contract position. I am not looking for a DBA
The individual needs to have the following skills:

Excellent skills in writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Must know how about table spaces, partitions, etc.
C#/ADO.Net experience would nice but must have at least C or C++ experience. This person should have experience in writing database code from C or C++ and calling stored procedures from these languages.
