We have an immediate need for a Order to Delivery Supervisor 5

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates material and production mix requirements to meet production schedules
- Expedites the movement of in-process and/or finished goods
- Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards
- Exercises good cost control measures
- Coordinates and cooperates with other departments to meet production schedules.
- Trains, develops, and evaluates employees
- Frequent contact with other outside the work group
- Complies with terms of local and national labor agreements
- Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives
- Must support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost goals
- Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required
- Supports/implements the QS9000/ISO14001/(GMS) Global Manufacturing System compliance processes

Required Skills/Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years and automotive experience
- Demonstrated exceptional level of ability in the areas listed below
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
- Knowledge of unit scheduling and inventory control systems as well as unit products, processes and departmental relationships
- Knowledge of and ability to insure a safe industrial work environment
- Oral and written communication skills
- Minimum high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employee and elicit work output

Required Education/Training:

- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
