Description

Our client is a rapidly growing global technology and services company located in the Norcross area. Due to this growth they are adding an Organizational Talent & Change Management Manager. The selected candidate will be working very heavily on business technology transformation (BTT) projects and has been created to manage execution of tactical organizational change activities and program-related communications, maintain key stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment, drive business readiness and project team effectiveness, manage organization/work design, execute talent management solutions, including workforce strategies, competency modeling, succession planning, skills assessments, and performance management, and to coordinate/deploy learning and development programs.



Accountabilities and Responsibilities



Organization Change/Communications



1. Support team and efforts to facilitate deployment of strategic change initiatives and coordinate dissemination of communications
2. Coordinate with Region Leads to facilitate delivery of change and communication activities
3. Inform and educate - audience segmentation, messaging strategy and design
4. Key stakeholder engagement - to build change leadership - key stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and intervention
5. Leadership alignment - to build organization ownership - workshops to translate project vision into organization objectives and metrics, change advocacy, and business readiness
6. Business readiness - to build site preparedness - multi-level site teams analyze, design and implement change in their own organizations
7. Organization/work design management - to integrate changes to roles and jobs, policies, management practices, reporting, process work flows, and performance management
8. Project Team effectiveness - to ensure everyone working on the project meets performance expectations



Talent/Skills: Organization/Governance



1. Participate in BTT Program meetings as necessary to support these areas
2. Liaise with HR as appropriate (based upon meeting outcomes and program-related needs) to make sure BTT Program efforts are consistent with broader strategies/activities



Support BTT Program Transformation Management Office (TMO) activities as follows:



1. Administrative HR needs of the BTT Program staff (in coordination with the Global HR)
2. BTT Program recruiting and staffing logistics
3. BTT Program space planning
4. Support on-boarding of BTT Program employees
5. Support alignment of BTT program activities with business and other stakeholders as needed
6. Support BTT Program performance evaluation process; create and update position descriptions as needed



Measurements of Success



1. Contribute to the success measures to be defined as part of the execution of organization change and communication activities by the TMO (for example, timely distribution of communications; delivery of communications to all key stakeholder groups; monitoring effectiveness of change/communications efforts through pulse surveys)
2. Cycle time to recruit and fill open BTT Program positions
3. On-boarding time for BTT Program staff to effectively perform their responsibilities
4. Contribute to success measures to be defined as part of the Talent/Skills and the Organization/Governance programs
5. Contribute to effectiveness of Region Leads as they execute BTT Program activities
6. Effective deployment of training activities
7. Contribute to the achievement of business readiness and sign offs of the executive teams through proper communication and change management



Experience Requirements



3 years overall business experience required
2 years HR generalist experience, with proven experience in organization change management and communications
Bachelor's degree, with minimum 2 years of general Human Resources experience
Strong problem-solving skills; good research skills and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Well developed influencing, negotiating and consulting skills
Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and ability to interact with leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include strong presentation skills
Willingness to travel as needed; ability to deal with different cultures
Strong computer skills, specifically Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Internet, and database
Global HR experience desirable
Global deployment of change programs desired, but not required
Practical experience with major organization change and communications initiatives; global experience is preferable
Flexible, adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity
