Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist with SAP and Business Readiness Experience



CDI is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist with SAP and Business Readiness Experience to work on a full-time, permanent opportunity with one of our clients in Atlanta, GA. This person will be providing Project and Operational Support including developing Business Reading assessments, team effectiveness, and other relevant OCM approaches. He/she will work with teams to identify and detail functional and workforce impacts occurring as a result of projects. They will develop and deliver internal and external communications related to deliverables, and educate and inform stakeholders about projects and initiatives. He/she will facilitate the development of transition plans for business readiness with the intent of building functional ownership of processes, and validate deployment readiness of the business prior to going live. Required Skills: 4-6 years Organization Change Management Experience in a ERP/SAP Environment; Business Readiness Experience; Solid Experience in overall OCM methodologies; Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Organizational Development, or related field.



Desired Skills: Master’s Degree in Communication, Organizational Development, or related field.
