Description: The consultant will assist the Government in developing strategies for organizational development, including allocation of tasks to organization elements, definition and assessment of key processes, strategic planning, and development of the workforce. Support the development of a robust quality and process management infrastructure. They will be well versed in a broad set of theories and models for organizational development and quality management. Will recommend application of the appropriate theories and models to the PMO. Will exhibit strong executive presence and have good client facing skills. Federal government agency experience desired. Project Management Professional, PMP certification or similar related experience is desired. Activities:
