Description
This SAP Team Lead opportunity is for a Fortune 500 client here in Cleveland. The ideal candidate must have SAP infrastructure, especially in SCM/APO and BW/BI. Please do not apply if you don???t have the requirements.

- Recommend business problem solutions that will improve customer service, reduce cost, or provide for a competitive advantage.
- Provide coaching, manage performance, encourage career development, growth and success for direct reports.
Deploy IT operation standards, processes and procedures.
- Direct the development and implementation of products and services from inception to completion, while taking appropriate steps to ensure high quality, on time schedules, attainment of budget goals.
- Coordinate and lead team activities, projects and administrative tasks, including contracts and contractors.
- Contribute technically to team objectives and integrate new technology.

Experience/Skills
-Bachelor's or higher level degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline.
-Fifteen (15) or more years of technical experience in a variety of IT disciplines; gaining a conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies, including successfully developing and implementing applications and/or infrastructure systems using new and emerging technologies.
-Experience supporting 3 or more of the following SAP technologies: ECC 5.0/6.0, SCM/APO, BW/BI, XI/PI, MDM, Solution Manager, Warehouse Management, EP.
