The Project Manager leads and manages a team of site acquisition/leasing, zoning, and construction professionals and coordinates with the client's staff and other vendors to meet project milestones on time and under budget and exceed client's expectations. The Project Manager is the main point of contact to the client, providing frequent and current project status via in-person meetings, phone calls and email.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide hands-on project management and leadership for site acquisition, zoning, construction and collocation staff for large site development project.
  • Supervise personnel and vendors; manage extensive project trackers.
  • Set project goals, monitor milestones, and train and motivate staff to achieve project goals under stringent deadlines.
  • Respond with urgency to client requests; provide frequent project status to client and Parsons management; attend all deployment and other meetings.

    Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS in business, real estate, urban planning, or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in either wireless site acquisition/leasing or permitting or construction management; previous project management experience in the wireless telecom industry required
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload and deliverables of self and others with little supervision under strict timelines
  • Computer-literate with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook

    Other Requirements:
  • The use of a personal vehicle. Employees must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess an appropriate valid driver's license, possess personal insurance coverage, and have a clean driving record
  • Irregular hours, occasional evening and weekend work when needed may be requireddf-tc
