Description
PALADIN Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a PC/Break-Fix Technician in Franklin, NJ.

Job Duty:

1. Perform day to day support Services activities for
Phaser equipment: Break/fix, MACD, Supplies
Management, Help Desk interface

2. Responsible for Day-to-day Break-Fix and Docucare
activities on site to ensuring that SLAs are met
and client needs are addressed. Break/fix
requirement is for Phaser equipment. Docucare for
Phaser equipment and Xerox MFDs.

3. Manage on-site supplies as needed to meet local
service requirements.

4. Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning, pro-
actively manage consumables and supplies
replacement as required

5. Take ownership for customer problem resolution.

6. Communicate with management to ensure that site-
specific needs and potential risks are being
addressed and dealt with during rollout and
delivery of local and global tools and processes.

MUST HAVE:

* A+ certification

* At least 2 other advanced specialized technical
certifications (MCP,CCNA, etc)

Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr. Based on experience
