Description
Individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing of desktop/laptop computers running MS Windows XP Pro, Windows 2000 Professional & Windows NT 4.0 Workstation operating systems. Imaging new and existing desktop/laptop computers. Providing Level 2 PC/LAN help desk support able to troubleshoot problems, interface with customers, IT personnel, and other departments in a large corporate environment to help minimize down time and outages. Individual must be able to work independently and as a team member on projects with many challenges. Individuals will also need to be self-motivated, perform on-call duties on a rotating schedule and travel when necessary to help migrate/install computer equipment at railroad installations. Initial responsibilities will include support of the the clients remote users. This includes approximately 1200 PCs located at various sites across the clients network. Be able to work independently and as a team member.

Experience Required:
4+ years experience at Level 2 PC/LAN Support in an Ethernet based TCP/IP Network environment.
4+ years experience in help desk support and problem resolution with a large enterprise organization.
Significant experience installing, configuring, upgrading and repairing Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional & Windows NT 4.0, desktop, and laptop computers.
