We have an immediate need for a PC/LAN Analysis Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs troubleshooting duties on semi-routine hardware, software, and data network problems for individual users. Installs, repairs, and provides preventive maintenance of personal computer and related systems. Performs hardware and software moves, adds, and changes. May provide training to users on hardware and software applications.

Provide second level desktop support for command center.

Must have command center experience. A+ Certification is preferred.
