Role: Coordinates installation and verifies correct operation of software packages, such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs. Provides training and technical assistance to users. Identifies and resolves hardware, software and operator problems, makes minor repairs, or refers to service personnel.

Ability to communicate in a non-technical language. Strong willingness to learn new methods, give feedback on procedures, and adapt quickly to change. Ability to update and maintain accurate records in an electronic databases.
