Description
Our client is a high-visibility imaging and photography company seeking a technical support analyst / engineer. As a PC Tech/Break-Fix Engineer, you will be working within a 65 mile radius of your home, responding to trouble tickets, providing installation and ongoing support of retail Printing Kiosks at various locations. This position requires a high level of customer interaction. Candidates must be professionals who are clean-cut, presentable, and possess remarkable customer service skills.

Job Functions:
  • Resolve assigned Support Requests
  • Enter accurate information regarding ticket status and resolution in the ticket system
  • Initiate escalation process as necessary
  • Provide the highest level of client satisfaction through prompt on-site break/fix
  • Perform timely delivery of service per the processes outlined in the SOW or Managed Services Guide
  • Identify system hardware problems and determine the most efficient and cost effective way to solve problem
  • Resolve the problem by using a systematic troubleshooting approach and appropriate technical documentation, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures
  • Perform appropriate hardware and peripheral repairs to hold customer downtime to a minimum: examples of repairs include swapping-out boards, replacing parts, and performing preventative maintenance

Experience/Skills
  • Requires 1-2 years of related work experience
  • AA degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A+ certification REQUIRED, applicants who do not have this certification will not be considered
  • Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, and cell phone (possession of a laptop a plus)
