Description
PC Technicians needed, throughout FL, for various one day to few weeks assignments. Various levels of experience needed (Novice, Journeyman, Master). Novice 2 Year A.A.S. Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience. Entry Level MAC coordination begins with Asset Management coupled with a complete inventory of all device assets residing at one or more customer sites. Novice proceeds to manage, track and verify all assets within the scope of customer expectations. The Novice must understand inventory standards, reconcile variances, verify all changes are reflected, create reports, provide consistent and accurate data, and improve inventory processes. Performs change management for moves, adds and deletions. Journeyman (at least one year exp) Master (at least 3 years exp) 2 Year A.A.S. Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent experience. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must utilize productivity applications, asset management tools and customer specific tools in support of MAC activities. Must validate the MAC functions performed assuring customer satisfaction utilizing documented NWS processes for MAC coordination. Must compile and validate event counting results for billing purposes. Can provide expert advice and lead others in the installation and configuration of desktop OS, productivity applications e-mail /groupware, communications applications and other client specific applications. Can provide expert advice and lead others in hardware MAC activities, including preparation of devices to be physically relocated and reinstallation of devices after physical relocation. Hardware MAC activities do not include hardware maintenance or work to be performed under warranty.
