Description
Our client has an immediate need for a PC Technician / Implementation Technician in Foxborough. In this role the consultant will be responsible for the remote support of the installation of networking device (routers, modems, switches, etc.) Troubleshooting circuits/carrier issues and router configurations.Responsible for the installation, modification, testing and servicing on data communications network equipment. Analyzes and resolves basic network problems. Provide support for the provisioning of the NOC tools and databases (clarify, HP OVW, etc).Must have skills:MultitaskingDesire to work in fast pace environmentDesire to work in a team environmentExcellent Customer service skillsFamiliar with CISCO IOS
