What you need?

Experience in all aspects of Web application programming using the LAMP stack
Deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Working knowledge of Linux and Apache administration
Experience creating robust Web apps in a team environment
Ability to write clean, modular, reusable, maintainable code
Experience in leading and managing the work of a small team of developers
Familiarity with the Zend Framework and SVN a plus
