PHP Developer

PHP Developer to be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (ie new development, enhancements, maintenance, documentation and design). Selected individual will design and implement features using PHP and SQL on the Back End and JavaScript and CSS on the front-end. Will also design complex features and tools to support a large amount of users.

Experience Required:

• LAMP development, including expert level PHP 5
• Experienced with SQL and database schema design
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Aware of Web standards, their purpose, benefits and appropriateness
• Ability to understand customer experience and create optimal experiences using modern Web technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote development team
• AJAX experience preferred
• Familiar with JavaScript, CSS, and XHTML and their appropriate use
• Experience in designing software at an enterprise scale
• Pluses include Perl and Unix Shell Scripting
