Description
PHP Software Developer/Architect - Linux, MySQL, Perl

Currently seeking a talented Mid-Sr. Level Object-Oriented PHP Developers/Architect that possesses expertise in Linux and MySQL, but can learn anything presented before him or her. However, if you are an expert in other open-source programming such as PERL, Java, or similar, we would love to meet with you.

Must Have Skills:
1.) 2+ years of expert level programming skills in PHP (preferred) or similar open-sourced programming languages such as PERL, JAVA, and/or Python. You must have an interest developing a real-world PHP application of moderate complexity and high traffic.
2.) 2+ years of experience with MySQL and/or SQL Server is required. You should be able to write efficient queries and optimize database-intensive applications.
3.) Familiarity with developing in Linux (RedHat preferred) or Unix environments.
4.) BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related. Master's degree is a plus.
Nice to Have Skills:
1.) Linux/Apache Administration is a plus.
2.) DHTML, Javascript, CSS is a plus.
3.) Experience with: AJAX, Java, Python, Web Services, high volume PDF processing, high volume email processing, MySQL replication, database administration would be extremely helpful.
4.) PHP configuration management is a plus.
