Required Skills:
* Extensive experience in PHP (versions 4 & 5) for web application development
* A good understanding of and experience working with MVC frameworks
* Experience with MYSQL
* A strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
* Experience with website security
* An emphasis on enhancing the user experience at all times

Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of stored procedures, INNODB tables, and MySQL optimization strategies
* AJAX skills
* Experience in developing a MVC framework
* Adobe FLEX
* Dynamic PDF generation
* Some knowledge of e-commerce / transaction software for website integration
* Zend Studio
