Description
This is a 6 month contract for a PL/SQL Developer. We can only consider candidates that are US Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, or TN1 Holders. Per our contract with our client, we cannot work with subcontracting companies on this position.

Exact Job Duties to be Performed :

Design, develop, test and install PL/SQL applications and supporting PL/SQL on the new Global Transaction Processing system.

Additional responsibilities encompass application and system documentation, test file/case preparation and other related duties.

Provide support for production implementation as necessary.

Required Skills:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
• 4-year college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant working experience required
• 4-6 years Oracle PL/SQL design and coding experience required
• Expertise in advanced PL/SQL techniques in Oracle 10g required
• Experience in SQL tuning of medium/large database environments required
• Familiarity with Java as it pertains to the implementation of Java-stored procedures required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• 2-3 years development experience in Oracle Forms and Reports is preferred
• Experience in a UNIX development environment required
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX 3.0 is a plus
• A background in financial services is a strong plusdf-tc
