Perot Systems is currently looking for a PMO Manager to join our team in Andover, MA.

Position Responsibilities:
The PMO Lead is responsible for all aspects of project management as defined by P3MM. These areas include, but are not limited to:
  • Business Development - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities utilizing proposal development process.
  • Request Management - Manage and obtain approval to progress all infrastructure projects. Perform feasibility as defined within P3MM. Manage project funnel and advise CE on forecast for outlook.
  • Estimation - Coach resources in the estimation of proposed projects, create ROM and produce P3MM feasibility documentation as required for project type.
  • Task Order Management - Build project cost and pricing model. Work with CE to apply contract rates for task order. Produce client approval documents and presentation material. Obtain approval through EPMO, VRT, and Legal as appropriate.
  • Compliance - The PMO Lead is accountable to the EPMO for ensuring compliance of deliverables and SOP to P3MM standards.
  • Workshop facilitation - Perform workshop facilitation for P3MM and other account required workshops.
  • P3MM Process Management.
  • Reporting - Ensure project reporter is maintained and kept current for all projects of Category 1 or above.
  • Finance Management - Manage portfolio finance tracking including earned value management, client capitalization reporting, and account profitability reporting to the CE.
  • Portfolio Management - Manage requests, create work portfolios that can be worked through P3MM. Manage project managers and ensure compliance to P3MM. Report weekly to the CE on Portfolio performance, issues, risks, and actions items. Report monthly to the client CIO and PMO team on the performance of infrastructure projects.
  • Quality and Compliance - Ensure quality is maintained for all projects performed. Ensure compliance to PMQP standards and perform training of PMQP and P3MM within the account.
  • Resource and Skills - Manage the acquisition of resources and skills required for the portfolio.

    Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years of experience managing infrastructure projects including implementation of Network WAN / LAN, WIFI, Intel Server, and AD solutions.
  • Proficient with Project Server, MS Share Point, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and experience of presenting to C level.
  • 7 years of experience with hiring and staffing projects.
  • 5 years experience in financial reporting.

    Desired Skills:
  • PMQP Master Level
  • ITIL Foundation level

    Educational Requirements:
  • Four year degree in IT or Business related field

    Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • PMP Certified

    **Up to 25% Travel is required. Relocation is not available for this position.
