Description
Manage Corporate POS Support and Help Desk effort in an expansion response to a growing and profitable business setting. Will develop and recommend improvements in company practices by creating and setting formal procedures and standards for high level customer service and increased customer satisfaction. Providing high-quality, timely, accurate and consistent resolution of reported problems. Hire and mentor new staff members.

Experience/Skills
Bachelors degree with 5 + years experience establishing and managing POS Support, Help Desk or Service Desk Group in a corporate setting. CHDM or related certification desired. Retail / Restaurant / Hospitality industry background preferred with 500 + locations and corporate users. Must have knowledge of Windows and PC based POS hardware and software with effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills. Background in Support and / or Help Desk technology trends and personnel training is essential. Experience in Service Level Agreements, Customer Service, Performance Monitoring and help desk ticketing software is necessary.
