We have an immediate need for a PROGRAM MANAGER!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CDI has a CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY! Our client is an F50 Financial Services organization with a large operation.

Projects may vary in size from small to very large including numerous development and infrastructure activities that require tracking and monitoring in order to meet aggressive project schedules. In this role this person will also provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and technology management, often at senior management levels.

Specifically, the Community Banking, Internet, and Contact Center Technologies (CICCT) QA organization is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of testing activities for both integration and non-integration projects. This includes data conditiong, QA testing, Performance and Regression testing supporting retail stores, middleware, internet, call center sales and service platforms and IVRs.

This role will provide project management to ensure testing efforts across all CICCT applications have the necessary data and environmental requirements across the enterprise test environments.
