Description
BANKING - LOANS AND DEPOSITSAssist with the development and technical support of the IVR application. Develop or enhance the IVR application upon request using Nortel`s Scripting tools, TSO, CICS and COBOL as needed. Work closely with the Telecommunications group and IT help desk to provide 24/7 technical support for the IVR application. Prepare as needed detail specification estimates and assumptions to LOB (line of business)for all planning and implementation projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor`s degree or equivalent professional experience, with 3-5 years programming experience. Must be familiar with TSO, Intervoice Brite VRU Scripting using Invision, CICS and COBOL programming language. Must have excellent analytical, technical, functional and communication skills. Should also be familiar with Telephony switches, servers and protocols. Experience in architectural level analysis and design, coding and development of client server applications are highly preferred.
