Overview
An Acxiom Project Admin is accountable for managing the development and execution of medium to large and moderate to complex project plans and reporting. PAs support multi-phase projects through all phases.

Professional Expectations
? Supports and drives definition of WBS, estimates, and schedules for medium to large projects
? Implements and maintains quality systems and processes utilizing project management and software industry standard best practices
? Proficient in project management methodology and system development lifecycle
? Manages the resource estimations that drive project cost and supports other activities that enable appropriate project cost analysis

Experience
? 2-4 years experience in IT and 1-2 years experience in IT Project Management
? CAPM/PMP certified and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desirable
? Strong computer skills
? Extensive experience and training using MS Project Server to manage project schedules, resources and reporting

? Experience with large application development or data warehouse projects

Leadership
? Experience on projects tracking a team of 20+ staff

? Ability to engage team leaders and project managers in effective discussions to drive out project and resource needs in a matrix environment
? Supports identification of resource requirements, supports assignments of resources in accordance with the established schedule for the project
? Good relationship building and interpersonal skills

Client communication
? Solid verbal and written communication skills
? Interfaces with client project managers and associated business leaders
? Solid presentation skills
? Proficient with fundamentals and negotiates with client level personnel and internal staff for project support
