Required skills: Taleo technical SME to for implementing Taleo Enterprise Edition and Interfaces between Taleo & Workday via Web Services. Must have at least 3 Successful implementations of Taleo Enterprise Edition with interfaces into and from Workday HCM (Interfaces need to be Web services and SFTP). Must have 3 years technical lead experience, 2 years Taleo Enterprise Edition experience, 2 years HCM experience and 2 years SOA experience. Duties will include the following: Ensure all the project's technical requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated into the technical solution; Resolve interfaces with other subsystems; Confirm and disseminate all applicable professional, technological, regulatory standards and guidelines applicable to the work; Recommend, obtain, manage and coordinate all necessary technology services and staff per approved plans; Considers the impact the proposed solution will have on the existing system, customers, and technology direction; Serves as key architect of the solution; working with the development team to identify software and hardware solutions commensurate with client standards and architectural principles; Supervises developers assigned to project; Liaise with project's sponsor and owner's representatives or users on technological issues; Document and track all technological changes - Approve design documentation; Manages the unit and integration testing processes; Manage project software configuration management; Ensure proper assembly of operations and maintenance documentation - Assist in transfer of Care, custody and control of product upon completion.Secondary Description Design Packaged Solution Services(3) Implement Integrated Packaged Solution(3) Perform Transition Planning for PSI Implementation(3) Analyze Specific Package Architecture Impacts(3)
