What you will be doing!
- Your primary responsibilities will be to successfully, drive and deliver our products.
- Plan, implement, and test company products on schedule and budget using the project life cycle.
- You will also serve as a primary Engineering interface to Product Management and Customer Support, communicating project status and product market readiness.
- You will create the overall Project plan and create or contribute to product and test specifications.

What you need!
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of six years of software engineering, including a minimum three years leading a team as project lead and manager.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects on aggressive schedules that led to shipment of successful, high quality commercial products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong software development background working on Linux.
- Ability to work under tight schedules and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven record of defining and executing build and test automation strategies.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle models.
- Diligence and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with or knowledge of database products and technologies
