Location: Palm Springs, CA
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Work Hours: Sat and Sunday 12 hour shifts

Description:

SmartSource, Inc a Nationwide IT Staffing Agency is looking for Help Desk Technicians to work long term contracts in Palm Springs. We are looking for someone to be on site for weekend support. This weekend support role will be 24 hours weekly and be split into 2 12 hour shifts...

Duties include:

-Record all issues and requests sent to the IS Department utilizing manual and automated Help Desk Systems
-Provide Phone Support in assisting end-users with issues and requests that can be resolved at Level I Support
-Refer issues and requests that cannot be resolved at Level I Support to the appropriate IS Department Staff, Vendor; for a Lvl II or III as needed
-Manually enters all charges received from Facility departments in timely fashion.
-Prints and distributes daily, weekly or monthly reports as needed
