We are currently seeking Part-Time Help Desk Analysts to provide timely IT resolutions. The Analysts are the first point of contact for the users who call our IT support center. While providing the highest level of customer service, the Analyst answers incoming calls, tracks all information in a call tracking system, uses a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve tier 1 and 2 requests in a timely fashion. The Analyst escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 3 support team.

Looking for people available to work either 7:50 am to 12:50 pm or 6pm-12am. During the first 2 weeks of training, the pay rate is $8/hr. Once the analyst begins answering calls the rate increases to $10/hr. There is a opportunity for a review/increase after 90 days based on performance. Experience/Skills
Looking for people with prior helpdesk. A general understanding of computers is required.
