Description
Project Info: This individual will provide in depth knowledge and guidance to the completion of the set up and standardization of the asset management load into the Remedy tool. Guidance will be in the optimal data model, optimal load mechanism and utilization of the Remedy Reconciliation engine. Deliverables will be a logical and physical data model, load mechanisms and rules in the reconciliation engine. This individual will approve all designs and the overall data model for the load to the tool as it relates in adherence to the ITIL model.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills: Senior 7+ year. In depth knowledge of the Remedy tool and it's various engines, workflow capabilities and deep knowledge of its data model. Working knowledge in the Remedy reconciliation engine. Experience in creating rules and optimizing the reconciliation engine. Experience building the capability to capture asset information in Remedy and the standard reports related to Asset and Configuration management. Experience in leading the implementation of Asset and Configuration management.

Additional required skills: Experience in Remedy's CMDB (Data model, Loading, configuring, clean up) is required for this position. Experience in Remedy's Reconciliation Engine is required for this position.

They MUST have significant CMDB experience and experience with Asset and Configuration management. They will be quizzed extensively on CMDB.
