PeopleSoft Database Administrator (Oracle DB)
Immediate need in the Raleigh area for a PeopleSoft DBA with Oracle 11g/10g experience!
This position will offer a competitive rate for qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience with PeopleSoft Applications and Oracle Customer Care & Billing applications (CC&B) with depth in Linux scripting, GRID configuration, GRID monitoring, People Soft technologies, OAS, configuration management, and security.
This Database Administrator will be responsible for all functions associated with the efficient design, implementation and maintenance of Oracle databases for the PeopleSoft, CC&B, and SOA applications.
The primary roles and responsibilities include the implementation, architecture, backup and recovery, and monitoring of an extremely large Oracle database layout leveraging both 11g and 10g RAC technology.
This position will require knowledge of Linux, NetApp, NFS, Oracle, CRS, People Soft, and CC&B. Monitoring and maintenance will require in depth knowledge of OEM/GRID.
