May perform one or more of the following:

PeopleSoft Analyst responsible for multiple PeopleSoft modules (Human Resources, Benefits NA Payroll) as well as integration with PeopleSoft financials, Time & Attendance and external vendors.This position will act as the Information Systems liaison to HR and Payroll to develop/deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.

3 + years of cross-functional, Human Capital Management business analyst experience, within a PeopleSoft Healthcare environment.

At least 2 years of this experience must be related to supporting end users and mentoring departmental ‘super-users’.

Subject matter expertise in setting up PeopleSoft HR/Ben/PR processes and configuration.

Prior upgrade experience required as well as 2+ years using version 8.x.Experience with upgrade to version 8.9 is a plus.

Understanding of HR/Ben/PR best practices to facilitate efficient processing across hospital(s).

Ability to troubleshoot and support system processes.

Experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation.

Working knowledge of Kronos time and attendance with PR integration preferred.

PeopleSoft E-Apps experience a plus.

Experience with PeopleTools, application designer, query/crystal, SQL analyzer.

Understanding of the HR/PR regulations in order to assist in EEO reporting, as well as other governmental compliance requirements.

Experience with systems/external vendor integration.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Must currently live near or willing to relocate to New Britain, CT.
