Description
Our client is looking for a PeopleSoft HR Specialist (Functional), for a full-time position in Wilmington, DE.Responsibilities:-Provide the operating units expertise on PeopleSoft HR/Benefits and offer resolutions and guidance on arising HR/Benefits issues. -Facilitate standards on HR/Benefits data across operating units. -Perform configuration setup, testing, rollout and post-implementation support tasks on HR/Benefits modules. -Design modifications to operating processes, or systems; recommending process changes based on best practice knowledge. -Ensure the integrity of the relevant HR/Benefit codes across the application. -Establish and maintain leave accrual configuration for complex leave plans. -Coordinate the impact of annual Benefits Open Enrollment process on PeopleSoft. -Provide "help desk" support post implementation. -Provide back-up for the HR Manager, travel to the operating units up to 25% of the time, if needed, and work extended hours on an as-needed basis. -Assist with the implementation of patches/fixes, tax updates, year-end processing, new development and enhancements.Skills/experience required:-Understands HR/Benefits best practices to facilitate efficient processing across operating units. -Subject Matter Expertise in setting up PeopleSoft HR/Benefits processes and configurations. -3 years hands-on PeopleSoft application experience with HR/Benefits modules with deep configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM tables across multiple functional areas. -PeopleSoft Payroll + Time and Labor experience. -Ability to troubleshoot and support PeopleSoft HR/Benefits/Payroll modules and processes. -Exceptional customer service skills -Experience with a systems integration project. -Understanding of the HR/Payroll regulations in order to assist in EEO reporting, as well as other governmental compliance requirements.
