BGI is looking for a PeopleSoft HRMS Developer with the following skills:

Job Description:
Responsible for performing software analysis and testing specific to area of business.
Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters to meet business requirements and hardware/software compatibility.
Software Developer to participate in PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll development and support efforts. Performs complex analysis in the design and implementation of software applications for computer-based systems.
Works on complex problems and may determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments.
May be responsible for the technical direction, leadership, and training of less experienced staff. Regularly interacts with management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline and 8+ years experience.
Advanced degree in related technical field desired

Required Skills:
Development experience in PeopleSoft utilizing PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and/or Payroll modules.
Knowledge of Oracle DBMS (PL/SQL, SQL).
Knowledge of project life cycle methodologies including requirements gathering, analysis techniques, and documentation requirements.
Strong communication skills.

Start date: Immediate
Rate: DOE
Duration: 6 month temp to perm
Location: New Orleans, LA, Houston, TX or Little Rock, AR
