Description
The PeopleSoft Infrastructure Engineer, housed within Manpower's Global Technology Services department, partners with PeopleSoft project teams to understand application infrastructure and integration requirements to assist with identifying, assessing, designing, and documenting application's infrastructure architecture that meets business needs and aligns with enterprise principles and practices. Researches and evaluates solutions. Recommends the most effective solution for the project's infrastructure design within project constraints. Responsible for identifying and communicating technical issues and risks associated with solutions. Participates in infrastructure design reviews. Advocates enterprise technical engineering principles. Defines and promotes the use of engineering practices and global standards.

As a technical lead, the Engineer will have the ability to develop the vision for the system and lead teams to successfully implement the vision.

Experience/Skills
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field or a significant amount of directly-related work experience
- At least one year of PeopleSoft technical and architecture experience
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Proficiency across a broad spectrum of enterprise technologies that provide the technical platform for application solutions including web technology, application servers, middleware, database, operating systems, storage and networking.

Other desired skills:
