Responsibilities:

The PeopleSoft Security Administrator shall be responsible for handling security for all PeopleSoft application environments. This would include maintaining overall security configurations and providing support/expertise on the PeopleSoft security.

General responsibilities will include the following:

- Architect and maintain PeopleSoft security across a host of instances (DEV, TST, CNV, PRD etc.)

- Use knowledge of PeopleSoft Security to maximize features and functionality

- Make recommendations to improve, streamline and automate PeopleSoft Security

- Configure/develop PeopleSoft Security objects

- Document the security infrastructure so that it may be interpreted, maintained and enhanced

Skills and requirements:

- 3+ years of PeopleSoft Security Administration

- Security experience with PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x

- In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft delivered security functionality (User Profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Portal Security Sync etc.)

- Experience setting up and maintaining security for PS HRMS/Benefits/Payroll

- Ability to support customized PeopleSoft Security functionality

- Understanding of PeopleTools Security tables
