Description
Our client in Sidney, NE is ready to hire a PeopleSoft Systems Admin.
This individual will complement the current team members and work with the selected implementation vendor to assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the PeopleSoft CRM and FSCM system/infrastructure. During the project the position will report into the project team as a core CRMS project team member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the PeopleSoft infrastructure, environments, and tools
- Act as single point of contact for coordination of infrastructure-related tasks with internal OTS team members and/or the external managed services provider
- Monitor, configure, tune, and administer all PeopleSoft tiers. Assist with system performance and stress testing as required
- Work with PeopleSoft systems analysts to troubleshoot and resolve technical infrastructure problems
- Develop, implement, and enforce migration, versioning, and change control procedures/standards
- Act as liaison between systems analysts and the Oracle DBAs
- Perform PeopleSoft upgrades (patches/fixes, PeopleTools, application, tax upgrades) and document the changes to facilitate future audits
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft and other related security
- Perform object and data migrations
- Assist with selection, installation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft or 3rd party applications as required
- Work with operations team to configure and maintain the enterprise batch scheduler.
- Assist with interface setup and connectivity to/from 3rd party providers
- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft CRM and FSCM Portal
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of core functionality for some of the aforementioned PeopleSoft modules
Education and Experience

- Graduation from an accredited College or University with a bachelors degree in Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 4 years or more of PeopleSoft technical infrastructure experience.
- 2 years or more of PeopleSoft 8.8x experience.
- 2 years or more of PeopleTools 8.8x.
- 2 years or more of PeopleSoft upgrade experience.
- Experience working with UNIX, Oracle, Windows NT environments
- Experience with SQL and UNIX scripting
- Experience and competency across a range of enterprise technologies such as web servers, application servers, middleware, database servers, operating systems, storage, and networking
- In-depth experience with some of the following PeopleSoft technologies. Apps/MSS/ESS, PeopleSoft Security, Tax Upgrades, Workflow, Portal, Patches/Fixes, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Messaging, Integration Tools, SQR/SQL, Query/Crystal/nVision, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker
- Experience with HR/Payroll integration with Finance/Position Management is a plus.
- PeopleSoft consulting experience is a plus.
- Public sector experience is a plus.
- PeopleSoft 8.8 or above experience is a plus.
- PeopleSoft certification is a plus.
- Ab Initio (ETL) tool experience is a plus.
- AutoSys or CAs Unicenter experience is a plus.
- Experience with object-oriented programming (C++, Java, VB, ASP.Net, Perl, etc=E2=80=A6) is a plus.df-tc
