Genesis10 has an exciting opportunity available. Our client is seeking a Full Time Traveling Peoplesoft ePerformance Consultant.

**Note..W2 only; no Third Parties...US Citizens/Green Card Holders only.

SENIOR CONSULTANT'S MAJOR RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Lead and facilitate interviews, fit/gap sessions and meetings; analyze fit/gap results and recommend solutions
Configure software to meet client's business requirements; map business processes to HRMS software solutions
Oversee the development of functional specifications
Participate in developing appropriate approach to automated workflow, conversion and interfaces
Create test plan; oversee creation and execution of test scripts
Analyze fit/gap results and recommend solutions; analyze and offer creative solutions to business problems
Provide coaching or training to others on the job on specific activities and skills or coordinate other training sources as demanded by the project needs.
Work closely with business development team in sales efforts by writing proposals and providing input on cost estimates

SPECIFIC POSITION EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE
Serve as an expert on the PeopleSoft ePerformance module; demonstrate breadth of understanding on the inter-related Collaborative Applications and PeopleSoft HCM functionality
Demonstrate business acumen in performance management, pay for performance and the inter-related business areas such as employee development.
Educate consulting staff as appropriate.
Participate in new business development for ePerformance opportunities.

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS in related field and/or 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft HR systems
Experience successfully implementing the ePerformance module.
In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft 8.x HCM modules (i.e. HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll or Pension, plus employee and manager self-service modules)
Proven ability to deliver management consulting services to senior business leaders
An executive presence with exceptional written communication skills (published articles and speeches a plus), and project management experience
