Developer Role:

The successful candidate will function as the Sr. Developer for our Peoplesoft Customer Relationship Management 8.8 (CRM) System. The successful candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of all the tools associated with PeopleSoft CRM development in an 8.x environment as well as the PeopleSoft 8.x architecture. Potential candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to mentor existing developers in PeopleSoft technologies and the PeopleSoft 8.x architecture at a detailed level. Should also possess a strong functional knowledge (at both the business/ user level and the application object level) of CRM and enough design experience to help determine how to best design and implement customization.

Essential Functions:

? Work with IT staff, Business Analysts, Workstation Support, and End-Users, to diagnose and troubleshoot ongoing system issues.
? Estimate, write technical specifications, code and test new enhancements, modifications, interfaces, conversions, reports or queries related to the PeopleSoft system.
? Diagnose system issues and manage PeopleSoft Cases related to system issues.
? Maintain, enhance, and further develop custom modifications and additions to the delivered PeopleSoft products.
? Assist in the implementation and conversion of new and existing clients onto the Peoplesoft CRM platform.
? Assist with prioritizing development requests
? Provide input to Project / Program Managers
? Strong and precise written and verbal communication skills
