Description
This position is responsible for the detailed technical formulation of the global Finance and Human Resource strategy including high level design of the technology components that will be used to drive implementation.

This role will provide ongoing PeopleSoft specific technology and operational expertise for Enterprise solutions supporting all corporate divisions of company. This resource will also be responsible for architecting the PeopleSoft Order Management capabilities of the Back Office transformation process.

Qualifications
1. Proven technical and leadership skills and a successful track record in defining, communicating, and executing on technical strategy.

2. Ability to communicate technical issues and/or concepts to technical staff as well as Senior Management and stakeholders.

3. Five or more years experience in an IT technical role with PeopleSoft HR & Finance Systems either as a Senior Developer or Architect.

4. Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Financials implementation in a large company environment.

5. Experience in consolidation of multiple PeopleSoft instances into a single instance.

6. Integration experience of acquired company systems into existing corporate systems a plus.

7. PeopleSoft Order Management experience also a plusdf-tc
