Skills/Experience:
Peoplesoft
HCM 8.8 or higher
Peopletools 8.4x
Proficiency with Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, and SQL
Willingness to partner with our Business Analysis team to understand business needs and priorities
Ability to create accurate estimates
Understanding of when to engage other team members and teams within IT as needed for support and
escalation
Willingness to learn and comply with internal IT processes
Excellent communication, business, interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to handle competing and changing priorities
Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions
Willingness to learn other applications

Job Description:
Person will work closely with other members of the team and Business Analysts in order to provide excellent service to our business in day to day operations and assist with tactical and strategic endeavors related to employee systems. Candidates must have at least 5 years of technical experience with Peoplesoft HCM, Benefits Administration, and Payroll.
