Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Peoplesoft HR Benefits Business System Analyst in Chicago for a 6 month contract position.

Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft=E2=80=99s Base Benefits and Benefits Administration modules version 8.9 is required.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, not limited to but including: strong negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills.

Strong initiative and facilitation skills are required to interact with both functional and technical resources

Expertise in developing business requirements, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures and documentation.

Experience in mergers and acquisitions and combining two HR applications is helpful.

Upgrade experience PeopleSoft Version 8.x Setup, Control Tables, Reporting and integration with other PeopleSoft modules is desired

Experience with Application Designer, PeopleSoft Query, Crystal Reports, Nvision, SQR, and Security Administration is desired
