***No relocation is required, but the ability to travel up to 100% is necessary***

Senior associates with deep industry expertise and extensive experience in strategizing and implementing business and technology change work collaboratively with business leaders to align technology and processes to organizational strategies and objectives. We focus on technology's ability to create new strategic opportunities and drive change throughout the entire organization to control costs, increase operational efficiencies, improve productivity, accelerate delivery time, enhance customer service, drive revenue, and cultivate business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Our PeopleSoft Professionals have a successful track record of delivering world-class Enterprise and EnterpriseOne solutions to our client base. Our PeopleSoft solutions are business-process driven and we are seeking Principal Consultants who have the business acumen and PeopleSoft application experience to help us grow and continue to deliver unparalleled services.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years Peoplesoft HR Functional Consulting experience
  • Global implementation experience a must
  • Ability to lead teams of 1-5 Perot Systems Associates
  • Determination of business requirements, business process design and application design and configuration
  • Development of model office configuration (prototype)
  • System Test planning and execution
  • 5+ years of experience delivering information technology consulting services
  • 3+ years of experience with the technical or functional design and configuration of PeopleSoft Enterprise or PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne solutions
  • Detailed experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, Workforce Planning, Learning Management, Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Employee and Manager Self Service
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Excellent leadership, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills

    Desired Skills:
  • Big-4 Consulting experience

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required
  • MBA preferred

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Certified PeopleSoft Consultant preferred
  • PMI certification preferred
