Job Description

Min. 5 years hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft HCM v8.8+; at least 3 full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of PeopleSoft HR as a Team Lead or Consultant on projects with scope including PS HR v8.8 or v8.9 and one or more HR eApps (eRecruit, eProfile, eCompensation, ePerformance, eDevelopment). Projects should have been completed for clients with 10,000+ employees.

MUST HAVE Requirements

All Must Haves need to be within the last year for Peoplesoft Functional Consultant 1) PS HR v8.8 and 8.9 application functionality,PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow. 2) Experience with and one or more of the HR eCollaborative applications. 3) Able to define scope for HR Workforce Admin business processes and data. 4) Able to define requirements for core HR business processes. 5) Able to develop project estimates for HR Workforce Admin projects. 6) Experience in process re-design, application configuration, design. 7) Experience in data conversion, testing, training, and cutover activities. 8) Able to develop and maintain a detailed work plan.
