PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS functional designer to work within a current PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade to 8.8 Federal. Individual will be responsible for the requirements definition, design and configuration of Self Service and ePerformance modules integrated with overall PeopleSoft system. Candidate must possess strong ability to setup and configure Self Service and ePerformance to include defining roles and permissions, establishing performance templates, competencies, and workflow. Must have experience supporting Functional PeopleSoft 8.8sp1 HRMS Modules including Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service ePerformance, Competency Management and Workforce Administration (USF). Additional requirements include expertise designing customizations in ePerformance, five (5) plus years experience with PeopleSoft, including experience designing complex PS systems. Experience with testing tools such as the Mercury testing suite is desired. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a US citizen. No third party.
