Growing company has a need for experienced Business Analysts with expertise in Peoplesoft Benefits Administration, Payroll/T&L, and/or HR/Training. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, writing functional specifications, and user training. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with Peoplesoft in a Business Analyst role - Thorough understanding of HRMS, particularly Benefits Administration, Payroll, and/or Time & Labor - Experience with implementations as well as production support - Understanding of records, structures, and table interdependencies - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment
