Description
Our client is searching Consultants/Senior Consultants to implement or lead implementations of Peoplesoft HRMS (eRecruit) projects. We are open to hire in a number of cities on the East coast.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Peoplesoft HRMS (eRecruit) projects.
Provide senior-level Peoplesoft guidance and supportas needed.
Configure the application and perform knowledge transfer to clients team members.

Requirements:
Peoplesoft 8.x Functional HR experience.
Peoplesoft HRMS - eRecruit implementation experience.
Ability to write complex federal regulatory report specifications (i.e. OFCCP, EEOC, etc.).
Process redesign background.
Recruiting background would be very helpful but is not a must.
Change management/training background would be a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
