Skills Needed:


Intermediate Level experience with: Windows, MS-Office, Internet, Networking, Database preferably MS-SQL.
Technical Writing skills such as: Documentation of Technical procedures for technical and non-technical staff.
Programming skills such as: SAS, C, SQL, HTML, and Visual Basic.
Ability to communicate effectively to technicians and management.df-tc
