Assist/support in the roles and responsibilities with creation, implementation and monitoring of system using the software tools available to the branch. Provide management, operations, and engineering support for the system-monitoring infrastructure. The management of this infrastructure includes day-to-day operations, development and testing of capabilities to monitor new conditions, and engineering activities relating to new tools, capabilities, and the integration of tools to address future needs. S upport for the system-monitoring infrastructure.


Skills Needed:


Intermediate Level experience with: Windows, MS-Office, Internet, Networking, Database preferably MS-SQL.
Technical Writing skills such as: Documentation of Technical procedures for technical and non-technical staff.
Programming skills such as: SAS, C, SQL, HTML, and Visual Basic.
Ability to communicate effectively to technicians and management.

Activities:


Determining alarm settings for performance and availability alerts.

Defining problem determination and resolution procedures


Provide analysis results, graphs, and analysis of application performance data by email or phone to management.
