Perl Web Developer (IL)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance AJAX style applications.
• Design, implement, test and maintain high volume dynamic Web applications.
• Consult with clients regarding Web application needs.
• Document and organize programming projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services.
• Develop the coolest Web applications around.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience using Perl.
• 2 years experience with Apache and MOD Perl.
• 2 JavaScript and XML.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL and/or MYSQL.
• Familiarity with AJAX programming methodologies.
• BS in Computer Science or comparable experience.
• Must have worked on commercially deployed applications through the full product life cycle.
• Highly self-motivated and effective team player.
• Experience in high volume Internet applications.
• Experience with Object Oriented Perl History working in subversion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
